Unfortunately, the measles death count is now two.

Plus there's also 3000 deaths/year from food poisoning, which now that
RFK is laying off 3500 out of FDA is only going to increase.

Good. There are to many now driving prices up.

How much higher of a risk are you willing to incur for food poisoning?

Is a 10%/year risk too high or acceptable to you?

    -hh

Obviously SOME regulation is necessary for safety but there are plenty of examples
of over regulation and duplication of services not to mention corruption.

Unfortunately, the general public doesn't understand a lot of stuff,
which includes how one needs to have redundancies in systems in order to
built higher statistical confidence levels: they see "duplication" and
falsely believe that it has no purposes.

An example of over regulation is the fact that since the LA fires there have been
a total of 4 permits to rebuild issued. <https://www.foxnews.com/us/los-angeles-issues-only-4-permits-rebuild-homes-after-palisades-fire-report>

So what? Let's see a full timeline laydown of every step of the process
to rebuild before we JUMP to the ASSUMPTION that the only possible
source of delay MUST have been the city.

For example, the first home mortgage application that I was approved for
took over 90 days. What was your own personal experience?

You are a car enthusiast like I am so I'm sure you visit performance parts sites
and will surely see exceptions for CA where certain parts while legal in the other 49 states are not CARB compliant in CA.
    More over regulation.

Not so: I know that CA has special permission for higher pollution
control standards, such that more than one rulebook exists. Plus this
sort of regulatory splintering takes place in multiple industries where
the Fed doesn't step up in a clear leading role. Take a look at
insurance companies for example: in the absence of a common set of
Federal standards, insurance companies have to deal with 50 State
    regulators (+DC, etc).

Board of Health at least in NYC is rotten, corrupt to the core. Grease the right palm
and your store, restaurant passes inspections. Don't, and you will fail for minor
    violations.

Precisely the pond that Trump grew up in ... and yet there's so many
people that try to believe that he's not a grifter and a crook: you're
just living on the wrong side of the river: in NJ, they actively
prosecute their criminal politicians left & right.

<gasp> Bobby, say it ain't so!

Unfortunately, the measles death count is now two.

Plus there's also 3000 deaths/year from food poisoning, which now that
RFK is laying off 3500 out of FDA is only going to increase. >>>>>>>>>

    -hh

How in the hell is that going to cause more?

Elimination of Government safety regulations & inspections...hello! >>>>>>>

    -hh

Good. There are to many now driving prices up.

How much higher of a risk are you willing to incur for food poisoning? >>>>>
Is a 10%/year risk too high or acceptable to you?

Things were fine before all the regulations.

Where "fine" was an 80% childhood mortality rate. Must be that
Louisiana "Swamp People" living you're doing, paddling around in a
dugout canoe because Toyota's don't float.

So I moved since your last post?

No, just simply acknowledging that you've claimed that you weren't smart enough to live in Alabama, so figured that that meant Louisiana. Lack
of another denial appears to have been on point: when was the last time
that you visited a dentist to have your tooth looked at?

    -hh

Obviously SOME regulation is necessary for safety but there are plenty of examples
of over regulation and duplication of services not to mention corruption.

An example of over regulation is the fact that since the LA fires there have been
a total of 4 permits to rebuild issued. <https://www.foxnews.com/us/los-angeles-issues-only-4-permits-rebuild-homes-after-palisades-fire-report>

You are a car enthusiast like I am so I'm sure you visit performance parts sites
and will surely see exceptions for CA where certain parts while legal in the other 49 states are not CARB compliant in CA.
    More over regulation.

Board of Health at least in NYC is rotten, corrupt to the core. Grease the right palm
and your store, restaurant passes inspections. Don't, and you will fail for minor
    violations.

Have you ever BEEN to California. Despite the "overregulation" the
air is filthy and it stinks.

The filthiest and stinkiest place is around Bakersfield where the
    children of Republicans live.

Two interstate highways, 5 and 80, are upwind. As are oil wells.
And farms with pesticide spraying. The prevailing winds push all
the crap up against the Tehachapis. The thermal inversions stop
it from going over the mountains and dispersing. The poison
    accumulates and accumulates.

We cannot change the topography or cold air from the ocean. The
solution is to overregulate to reduce the amount of crap we pump
    into our children's air.

When I was young many days the smog was as thick as fog. Outside
was continuing headache and burning eyes.

While most days start out gray, that is low clouds creeping over
the Santa Cruz Mountains. They evaporate before noon, and now
more often than not it is blue skies. Except over Fremont where
the wind traps the crap against the Diablo Range.

Either that or he had to schedule all day for a teeth cleaning.

It doesn't take all day to clean a tooth.

It's a matter of fact that you're falsely blaming him for the death.
