While the memo encourages officers to cooperate with federal prosecutors,
it notes that "a judicial or administrative arrest warrant is not necessary
to apprehend a validated Alien Enemy."

Define "Alien Enemy" and describe the validation process.

They don't even follow their own checklist (Exhibit 1):

The scary part: Everything within 100 miles
of a US border is a "virtual border", meaning
the 4th Amendment protections don't apply.

    https://www.southernborder.org/100_mile_border_enforcement_zone

That includes the entire states of Maine,
Florida, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and
    Michigan.

Not that Trumpers care, only Trump is
entitle to due process, it seems...........

Oddly you were fine with allowing murderers into the country illegally
and now you're actually against their removal.

It say quite a bit about you.

In the past I was on bus that stopped at an INS checkpoint. They
asked all the passengers for identification. I like the other
citizens just said US citizens. The INS walked past us without
comment. They accepted they had no jurisdiction over citizens,
and citizens had no burden of proof.

I doubt that under corrupt beat cop Homan ICE agrees it has no
    jurisdiction over citizens.
