I don't get why it's "trash" just because it's behind a paywall.

Here's a tip for KG: With just about any paywall if you're quick on the
draw you can do a Command-A and Command-C and copy the text to a text
editor for reading before the paywall blocks the article. You only have
a couple of seconds to do it though.
