"But I voted for Trump" is the most
common refrain from people being fired/
    jailed/deported by Trump.

(cue up worlds smallest violin playing)

Marco Rubio gets pulled over and beaten by ICE daily and then let go.

Same with Rafael 'call me Ted' Eduardo Cruz.

Why did you not quote this?

"Machado said his pickup truck was surrounded by agents, one of whom
walked up to him with a gun in his hand and asked about a man Machado
    had never heard of.

The agents were looking for a man Machado did not know, but who had
claimed he lived at Machados address, he said.

Machado was placed in handcuffs and grilled about his legal status, he
    told the news outlet."

They were in the process of an investigation. Do you suggest we
ignore standard procedure because he's Hispanic?

    They had a search warrant?

They needed probable cause to arrest him. One crime did they see
him commit? To force entry into a house, they needed a search
    warrant. Did they have one?

The police cannot stop people at random and demand they answer.

Catching and deporting people legally is expensive and time
consuming. That is why enforcement is at businesses where they
have a list of SSNs which SSA or IRS find suspicious.

It doesn't say in your quote above that he was arrested. Was he? Back
    your claim.

Oh and take some law courses before you lecture the police about when
    they may enter a house.

The police cannot stop people at random and demand they answer.

Your citation is incomplete but it's clear this wasn't random.

Laughter. How expensive has giving them hotel rooms been?

Handcuffs are not being under arrest. You may be placed in cuffs
while with the police for a variety of reasons. You *do* know this
    right?
