Robert F. Kennedy Jr's running mate has made claims that there
is a top-secret program manipulating the skies over California.
Nicole Shanahan, 39, posted a video on X where she pointed out
several contrails, saying 'geoengineering should not happen
without a referendum with full and accurate disclosure.'
'That is not a contrail... that looked like it started as a
contrail, maybe,' she said while highlighting several line-shaped
clouds in the sky.
