The USA has "interests" ... but unless we actually
press NATO/EU are just *not* gonna change from
their "Let America Do/Pay for it" mindset. I'd
say that's in our interests too.
EU is working on their army to replace NATO. UK with its nuclear
weapons are in on the talks.
