Yep, the return of the "polar vortex" - second
big hit this year. Even Tampa FL has a freeze
warning for tomorrow. The effects also drift over
towards Europe - the UK has had HORRIBLE weather
and cold this winter.
NEXT week the USA will warm up kinda nicely - but
THIS week it's gonna be AWFUL. How do you make
groundhog soup ? :-)
The extreme northern USA and Canada will STILL
suffer more cold spells - but the bulk of the USA
will get a break. Into March, who knows ? Could
be a LONG cold winter.
Farmers have been advised NOT to plant in the
afflicted areas. Give it a few weeks, then see.
