    Landed HARD - looks like the right wheel gear
    COLLAPSED. Wing dug in to the ground. All bad
    after that. Passengers speak of "sideways".

    In THIS case ... I'm gonna say "pilot error".

    Yes, conditions WERE bad - maybe worse than
    reported - but it's up to the pilots to
    adapt to the situation - or go around and
    try again.

    MIGHT blame it on the landing gear ... but
    the vid DOES show the thing kinda plopping
    in VERY hard. There are mechanical limits.

    From the videos it looks like the plane didn't flare (nose up) prior to
    the landing for whatever reason.
    This is a strange one for sure.
