Ok, oxygen is EASY to make. Electricity and water. You
can also strip it off of methane.
However "medical" oxygen is kinda 'special' - has to
pass certifications. Sick people may need to breath
it all the time, so extra purity is a must.
Seems there MAY be problems there.
SOME users buy the kinda expensive devices that
concentrate oxygen direct from the air. However
those are kinda expensive - and, being machines,
can BREAK. You'd need a backup supply in cylinders
Just In Case.
Hospitals use huge amounts of medical oxygen. If
there's a shortage, or sharp price increase, it's
something of a DISASTER.
