Trump is bullshitting about bringing Canada into the U.S. as one state, the 51st. It's not clear what would happen to the size of the House of Representatives if Canada were admitted as a state, but with a population exceeding California's, Canada would have the most electoral votes, and they would always be cast for the Democrats.
Trump's dementia is building. He doesn't think things through, just spouts shit all day long.
