    Ummmmm ... this sounded like something that could
    get terribly out of hand, fast. Offer a free buck
    for anything and seekers WILL go to extremes. It's
    a human nature issue, and well-documented.

    We want the illegals OUT - but let's not create
    a pogrom in the process. That'd make us as bad
    as we accuse many of them as being ....
