Sorry, none of that is the least bit credible. The city manager and the cops say
it didn't happen. It didn't happen — end of story.
Cite where the city manager and cops said that was testified to didn't happen.
I already have, and nothing was "testified to." It was empty anecdotes and hearsay. The bozo running her mouth didn't say that she had witnessed anyone killing and eating pets. She was only blabbering about a friend of a friend. That's not testimony.
