If the fetus is a cadaver, and not a person, equivalent to a grown man for argument's sakes, then it is an immoral sin to not abort. Illegal even. Thus it
could be against the law to not abort, if you do not want a baby.
For you are committing an immoral sin, if you do not abort, if the fetus is certainly a cadaver, and has no human spirit yet.
If the fetus is truly a cadaver, and has no human spirit, then it is a true error
and immoral sin to not abort.
Why would a foetus, which is obviously part of a pregnant
person's body, be a cadaver? Or are you referring to an
unviable foetus that has to be removed?
The main part of the problem is the refusal by all of the anti-abortion/pro-slavery/pro-death advocates to accept
the fact that a zygote/embryo/foetus is part of the
pregnant person's body, which is fundamental to the right
of said pregnant person to opt for an abortion at any
point during their pregnancy -- "her body, her choice."
Sin and spirit are arbitrary and sorely-outdated ideas
that have no place in modern medicine (note: abortion is
a normal and life-saving medical procedure).
