    Zabihullah Majahid, Taliban Spokesman, said his organization,

    will not allow terrorists to use Afghanistan as a base for their operations.

    The Taliban has declared it will take every step to bring the culprits to justice.

    The Taliban claim it had warned U.S. of Isis threat.

    The Taliban also said the explosions took place in an area where U.S. forces are
    responsible for security.
