Are all those fence jumpers at the border vaccinated?
Good point, I must admit.
If they're caught, they should be tested, vaccinated, and
quarentined until sent back or processed for whatever status.
The vaccination should be manditory as any documents they
have would be questionable.
It is possible that the pandemic raging through South America
may create conditions to drive more people across the boarder
to the U.S. It's pretty bad in some areas.
