  • Black man Wanted For Tulsa County Rape Arrested In Oklahoma City

    Oklahoma City Police say they have arrested a man wanted for rape in Tulsa County.

    An arrest report indicates Bobby Lowe, 42, is wanted for raping a child under the age of 14 in Tulsa County.

    Officers were passing by an abandoned house known for drugs when they stopped to talk to the five people standing outside.

    That house has a no trespassing sign.

    A background check revealed Lowe's rape warrant and a public intoxication warrant also out of Tulsa County.

    Lowe is listed as a transient.
