The 9th Circus Court ruled against a leftist protester who honked her
horn repeatedly in support of leftist protesters. She was ticketed for improper use of her car horn. Both the lower court and the 9th Circus
ruled the car horn is a safety device and not protected speech.
Ha! Justice is served.
