A four minute timer can be visually set, named, and saved.
Once set up tapping once on the app does NOT run the timer.
Tapping a second time (on the play button) starts the timer.
I didn't see any good way to make it go away when it was done alarming.
You have to multiclick even more just to stop the alarm & make the app go away.

it.
When you start it, it brings up a self promotion (an ad) even as it's
billed as not having ads (which turns out to be, in effect, a lie).
You have to press once to turn it on, then rotate the phone,
then press again to get rid of the self promotion, and then long press
to start the countdown, and then you have to go through multi-clicks
to get it to go away.
