Musk is completely correct -- in a sense -- but an important sense.
Fertility rates in the well educated high IQ developed world (North
America, Europe, and East Asia) have declined well below replacement
rate, and continue to plummet. On the other hand, the populations of
the shit holes of Africa, and large parts of Central and South
America, South Asia, and the Middle East are generally above a
replacement rate of about 2.1. In general, smart, well educated
populations are not replacing themselves while the ignorant low IQ
back waters of the world are bursting at the seams.
