non-state, the intention is to destroy life and property.

The causes of terrorism and the formation of terrorist group are
physical and psychological tortures or social, cultural, religion,
economic, and political marginality, exclusion, racism, ethnicity,
racial discrimination, xenophobia and related cruelty without security
of civil liberties and justice. In the majority of the circumstances,
the holder of power create the path to terrorism and formation of
terrorist group. The unbearable conduct of leaders in which the leaders

Here and there across the western world, there is popular belief, that
police and judicial officers and policing in the non-western world are
corrupt, ineffective and take bribes to avert the rule of law, justice
and human rights.

All these claims are untrue, misleading, misinformation, fallacious
and void of fact vis-�-vis the tenancies of the covenant of policing
across western world. For example, the majority of the non-western
world teachers in this field of studies, failed to assume authority in
the field by self-determination in curricula and learning.

Prior to importation of the western factors, they failed to conduct
site research and investigation to review the work of their teachers.
What they teach the non-western world is the same lies, which they
taught them by the western world teachers.


In western worldwide, the truth is that violent and non-violent crimes
are increasing at an alarming and dangerous rate but securely covered
with the assistance of their media, NGOs and opposition group.

In the western world, a sex predator or serial murderer and others
thrive in the society for several years and sometimes forever without
cutting them down or throwing them into the net of the law. Why? The

The above definition shows that bribery and corruption is beyond
issuing and taking physical gratifications including money. The report
of the research and investigation shows that there are physical and
spiritual or moral briberies, bribes and corruptions.

The physical and moral bribes are combined to unfold the contents of
these illegalities. The contents are, colour, money, race,
nationality, gender, ethnicity, religion, etc.

police system also particularly, in the law courts, colour, race,
ethnicity and nationality stand as the basis to offset or downside the
rule of law, justice and human rights.

In Canada and Australia, the police and law courts are made up of over
99.8% white against the strength and weight of the prevailing multicultural/racial structure of the country. The police and the law
courts work as organized cartel to distort, forge and frame up

The conclusion based on fact is that colour, race, ethnicity and
