    Joachim 1607/???? and Jeremy Dec 8 1643/????. Graf VON KETEL is the 6th great grandfather of Jeremy. Joachim III came to America around 1672 with a Dutch exploration group. Jeremy his son may have arrived with him. Other family origin papers state
    that the last name was also spelled VAN DER KETEL. Here in the US we have many different spellings.
