Notice summarizing donations made by Corb and his son Raoul in favor of Saint-Pierre de Préaux:Corb gave in alms, with the agreement of his son
Raoul and Guillaume de Brucourt, from whom he held this land, seven
acres that he owned at Taille, in order to become a monk and share in
the benefits of the place. On the death of his father, Raoul confirmed,
in the presence of Guillaume de Brucourt, the gift made by Corb ; Abbot Geoffroy receives him, his wife and his sons into the abbey society.
Inter hec, imperante eodem principe Willelmo, quidam homo, nomine Corb,
dedit Sancto Petro Rotoville perpetuo et monachis de Pratellis VII agros
terre quos habebat in Taillia jure elemosine, ut esset frater et
particeps beneficiorum monachorum. Fecit autem hoc, concedente Willelmo Bruicurta, de quo tenebat illam terram, et filio suo Radulfo. Testes
ejus : Guntardus, vinitor ; Osmundus de Ham ; Gislebertus Capetus.
Deinde Corb mortuo, Radulfus, filius ejus, confirmans donationem sui
patris, venit Rotovillam et posuit super altare sancti Petri donationem predicte terre, astantibus jamdicto Willelmo et concedente domino suo et Goisfredo abbate. Recepitque eum idem abbas G(oisfredus) in societatem
