What is the Irish word for seagull and how do you pronounce it?
Due to my Luthien Seagull experience, described on
http://www.nfld.com/~dalton/luthien.html
I am considering taking the name Seagull, either in
English, Irish, Beothuk, or Mi’kmaq, but probably in Irish,
even though Salmon figures more prominently on
the title page of my Salmon on the Thorns webpage.
Earlier today, February 23, was the 25th anniversary of
that experience. (Even though it s now 4:02 a.m. Feb. 24
here, I still count it as the night of Feb. 23 until dawn.)
