2. Free region of Ukraine voted themselves independent with Russian support.
3. Free region of Ukraine voted themselves part of Russia. Foreign interference
would be met with nuclear weapons.

The issue is when would Free Region of ROC voted themselves independent
with US support. Would China be ready to respond and with what force?
