Obliterate sounds a way of wipe out. But make no mistake when the time needed to obliterate, there is no need to inform when and how. Seriously, US is touted by EU into entering direct participation with Ukraine force to fight Russia. When US
entered into a war with NATO, it will not be any more of proxy war using Ukraine but a US war on Russia. It will mean the best time for Russia to obliterate them will be at this same time.
French president had described Russian and Ukrainian as brotherly people. With this point of view, Russia has no reason to obliterate Ukraine. More important,
Russia has to lived with other European nations. Obliterate Ukraine is a sure way
to alienated all of them for a long long time if not permanently.
In contrast, other nation MAY choose to sacrifice Ukraine on for a thousand year
world domination dream. IF SO, a false flag nuclear attack would permanently
reduce Russia to an Asian power if it remains a power.
Don't take brotherly people as gospel words, per se, because people in Western countries collaborated with Japan and Korea have also said China and Taiwan are brotherly people, but behind their back, they spitted them; tesed them; separated them, and

Seriously, NATO countries in Europe are not keen to be drawn into the fight in Ukraine with Russia, for they know the outcome will be devastating to them, too. They know that US not located in Europe will be watching CNN and Fox News enjoying their
beers for updates. Hence, in response to US asking their participation, EU is touting US to go themselves to fight in Ukraine, instead. In response to US requested them for arms, Poland still offered to sell their MIGs to US and asked US to send to
Ukraine. This also goes to show Poland is not interested to be deemed by Russia as a party to fight them in Ukraine. Germany still not dare to give their planes, leopard tanks and not even rifles to Ukraine.
Now, even the head of EU commission is not even interested to come out to make her weekly or even monthly media reports to foreign media. It goes to show EU is clear in not to interfere the war and is prepared not to help Ukraine and to let go of
Ukraine not to be destroyed for a lifetime to recover from it. They had thought through that it is better to have a inclusive Europe that included of Russia than solely EU separated from Russia. They also do not want US anymore in Europe.
EU now know that NATO is manufactured by US to put their foothold in Europe to obliterate Russia, instead. This they could see from the 1991 breaking up of USSR and still working to NATO every former USSR countries to further destroy Russia into pieces.

sharply explained that he would use nuclear without informing UN too. Therefore, make no mistake, not going nuclear will not be a false flag at all. It will not be going to restrain Russia anymore from using nuclear when his country is attacked, and
surrounded by US led NATO forces in EU countries.
In short, Russia is not interested in being an Asian power, but rather they want to a Europe power now and forever. Putin has been watching since 1991 break up of USSR, and hence the patience of Russia is worn off. The Ukraine war is agitated, schemed,
positioned by US. Hence, as it has started, it is now or never. Russia should start nuclear tests in Pacific and Atlantic oceans to ensure every piece is workable to decimate its foes. Russia wants its European power and not Asian power.
NATO is not a monolithic entity. Different members have different views.
