    Of course, this wasn’t a biology test, it was a culture-war test, and conservatives were more than willing to inform Jackson she had failed. “The meaning of the word ‘woman’ is so unclear and controversial that you can’t give me a definition?”

    HUMAN life begins on the mind of the parents, so is gender identification. If the parents identify their new born as a girl, then it is a girl. If they identify it as a boy, then it is a boy.

    Parents know long before genetics is common knowledge. And they have no reason to assign their babies the wrong gender.

    Americans like to define of their genetic way of explaining the gender when indeed parents from hundreds years ago already know how to assign their babies with the gender. The reason is so easy, in their parents look at themselves and saw their own
    gender, instead.
