If they are Americans, Chinese or Japanese, that’s understandable. They would be from the top nations of the world, whose talents are lacking in Singapore. We need such people. But From India? What calibre of a nation is India? Are we
really getting talents? Singapore is supposed to be a nation steep on meritocracy, which form one of its governing principles. Yet why is this not practised when it come to selecting foreign talents? Why is it receiving “ Indian talents” in large
numbers who have little or no merits in the world?
CECA with India should rightly be questioned. Other countries are cautious about it. Look at Australia. After many years of negotiation, Australia has yet to sign a CECA with India. The OZs are wary of the people-to-people exchange clause.
Perhaps they have seen what had happened to Singapore. They do not want Australia to be flooded with Indians. And Australia is an island of continental size!
Singaporeans should remain concerned about the CECA with India. This is not racism or xenophobia. It’s about getting the best talents for Singapore. But because its the Opposition which has raised it, it becomes an issue of adversarial
politics. The government wins the debate yet again. This will mean another wave of “Indian talents” coming over, yet again.

That’s a survey conducted a year ago about globalisation and immigration. It’s being used to muddle the issue of CECA with India. 2001 Singaporeans were polled. How representative is this of Singapore? What’s the racial representation

The issue is about CECA with India allowing Indians to swagger in in large numbers. Now the results of a survey are being used indirectly to support CECA with India. As expected, the results of the survey led to its pre-determined
conclusion:
Only poor and lowly educated Singaporeans are against globalisation and immigration. They are doing it out of jealousy. It has nothing to do with race.
That means Singapore should continue to let in Indians under CECA. And something has to be done to those poor and lowly educated in Singapore. A carrot-and-stick approach, perhaps. Stick - make them feel guilty as racists. Carrot – PR

The survey results are being used in a report titled Making Identity Count In Singapore: Understanding Singaporeans' National Pride And Identity.
Why should Singaporeans national pride be in doubt because of their objections to CECA with India? On the contrary, its because they love their country that they are against it. They see what the Agreement has done to their country,
flooding it with Indians.

Going by the number of participants, one would think that the Chinese form a minority in SG. There’s this unshaven, fierce looking Indian. In another CNA serial, he was thumping his chest proclaiming “This land is mine”. When he says it,
he means Singapore has become part of India. Watch out for him. He will have more appearances. Indians think they have found a hero in him.
Let’s go through some points raised in the videos and delve into their details a bit.
Non-Chinese being the victims of Chinese racism.
Racism exist between all races. No one race is only the victim, no one race is only the perpetrator. Non-Chinese should know how racists they themselves are toward Chinese.
Why no Chinese has been invited to speak of the racism they have experienced from the racial minorities? There are at least three serious cases with videos to support them.

Has anyone from the racial minorities been treated as badly by anyone from the Chinese majority? These were major racial incidents which should have created waves but they were played down, only briefly reported in the media. In contrast,
Chinese who are accused of being racists over the slightest incidents are widely reported, exposed and criticised. They are harshly punished by the law, lose their jobs and livelihoods and become patients in IMH.
PRC and Chinese
“It is true that everywhere we go,we will see these PRCs. There are a few people around me who say that we are going to be a little China soon. This is what the Singaporean minority groups are afraid of and we will be treated like second-
hands.”
This is so anti-Chinese and anti-China. How can you “see” a PRC or Chinese? East Asians like Chinese, Koreans and Japs, South-East Asians like Vietnamese, they all look alike.
Those who have grown up in Singapore since its independence will know the obvious change in the nation’s population - there are now many more non-Chinese, especially Indians.
Those who are worried about there being more PRC or Chinese are just being racists. They would like to see more of their own kind instead.
Throwing doubt at a PRC-converted Singaporean.
One PRC-converted Singaporean was quoted as saying:
“I think it would still be good to keep some boundaries. Somethings I choose to do my way. Singaporeans can do things their own way, but I hope they don’t try to convert me into a Singaporean in all ways.”
For that she was accused of not being genuine and sincere enough to be a Singaporean, by that chest thumping thamby, who said:
“That’s the biggest problem you see when it comes to immigration.
When immigrants come in with this mindset because Singaporeans can feel it if you’re genuine and you’re sincere and you want to know about the people in the country.”
If only that stupid Indian guy can think as he thumped his chest. There’s nothing wrong in what she said. It’s true for all Singaporeans, newly converted citizens or not. Singapore is a multi-racial and multi-religious nation. There are
so many boundaries, barriers and taboos between the various races and religions. Must a newly-converted Singaporean carry the stink of an Indian, wash their arse with their hands like the Malays and eat only halal food like the Muslims before he/she can
be considered a genuine and sincere Singaporean? Not even a born-and-bred Singaporean would be like that.
What prompted the PRC-converted citizen to say what she said? She was answering a question. The question was not revealed. The same question should be posed to converted citizens of other countries/races for their answers. But it’s not.
Cunning racism.
Sports for unity and patriotism.
How stupid. Those flag-waving and roaring in a football stadium do not constitute patriotism. They are all for fun and entertainment only. If these people were to ask to suffer and sacrifice for Singapore, they would scoot off without a trace.
Even in the realm of sports, the anti-Chinese racism of the racial minorities is blatant. All those foreign footballers whom they adored as heroes were non-Chinese. They had contributed little to the international reputation of Singapore.
They were only well-known locally. In Malaysia, there’s the term ‘Jaguh Kampong’, i.e., Kampong Champ. In Singapore, those footballers were only ‘Jaguh Bandar’ i.e., City Champ. Out of Singapore, they are nothing.
PRC Chinese, those who are PR or have converted to Singaporeans, have won honors for Singapore in international arenas, all the way to the Olympics, in the games of badminton and table-tennis. Their contributions to Singapore are much more
than those footballers. Yet their efforts and sacrifices were not recognised. Instead, they were criticised frequently by the racial minorities, with their loyalties to SG being questioned. They were demoralised and have mostly left. And so have
Singapore’s achievements in international badminton and table-tennis. That’s what anti-Chinese racism has caused to Singapore in sports.
Foreign workers.
Mostly from South Asia and mostly Indians. Because of that, their welfare is the concern of Singaporean Indians. Food, clothing and accommodation, only the best of these for them will do. Local Indian lawyers will fight for their legal rights.
They would be ensured of the highest compensation over the slightest injuries so much so that many of them began to feign injuries or purposely injure themselves.
Now in the Straits Times, there is the concern about their recruitment through middlemen. Indian middlemen make a big cut for their recruitment fee for Indians to work in SG. Now the SG authority is expected to help cut this out so that it
will be financially easier for Indians to come to work in SG.
If these foreign workers were mostly Chinese, the treatment will be very different. The racial minorities will be barking and howling for their evictions and return to China. That’s how racist are the racial minorities of SG.
English- and Singlish-speaking
Racial minorities only complain about non-English-speaking PRC Chinese, e.g. bus conductors but not a word about those foreign workers who mostly don’t speak a word of English.
Singlish is only for fun and entertainment. That’s why it is used in comedy. It should not be a part of a Singaporean Identity. It will make Singapore a nation of country bumpkins.

This guy appears in the video for a good reason. He’s a champion of the English language in SG. While he was doing his postgraduate studies in Cambridge, UK, he wrote articles to the ST proudly claiming English to be his mother-tongue. In
response, one local guy suggested that he proclaimed it to his lecturers and fellow students in Cambridge and report back their reactions. That stopped the issue. We know what happened. He had been ridiculed as a well-colonised WOG or something along
that line. That is the stark reality. We can use English for its economic value. The rest of the world can understand that. Claiming more than that will earn ridicules and even despises, from the rest of the world. This is especially true for a Chinese
Singaporean. While overseas, Singaporean Chinese are recognised for their ethnicity rather than nationality. Through him/her, people are interested to know more about that 5000 years of Chinese civilisation, its culture and history.
The two videos are examples of crooked, crafty and cunning anti-Chinese racism, pure and simple. What gives those racists the temerity to do it? How can those involved be allowed to get away with it? It’s a piss of Indian racism by Indian-
dominated English-language media CNA, which is becoming Channel News Aneh. For a long time now, Singapore’s English language media has been dominated by the Indians. It’s the media of Indian racism.

Shanguman is China interfering in the affairs of Singapore to promote and defend the interest of the Chinese majority here. Some years back, there was the case of a Singapore diplomat objecting to the Chinese Ambassador’s action in KL, Malaysia. He
interpreted the Ambassador’s friendly act as one interfering in Malaysia’s affairs.

Someone gave a robust reply to the above article, pointing out how much India cultivates the Indian diaspora to benefit India. That’s the racist attitude of the racial minorities. While they raise concern about the threat of China to
Singapore,they themselves would wish for their ancestor nations to be powerful enough to come to their aid, when they need it.
The truth is that it is much more likely for India to interfere in Singapore’s affair on behalf of the ethnic Indians. The following are the reasons.
1. Leaders from nations in South-east Asia which have substantial proportion of ethnic Chinese in they population, Singapore included, have persuaded and pushed leaders in China to make statements on Overseas Chinese to the following effects.
a. Overseas Chinese are citizens of their respective nations.
b. They should be loyal to their nations.
c. China would have no political links with Overseas Chinese. They would have to solve problems they face within their own nations by themselves.
There has never been such commitment from India. Singapore has made no attempt to extract a single statement of a similar nature from past and present governments of India. This is a grave mistake in our foreign policy which should not be left
uncorrected. It’s becoming more urgent as India grows stronger and more Indians choose to settle in Singapore.
2. Every January, India celebrates Pravasi Bharatiya Divas which in English means Overseas India Day. Overseas India refers to anywhere in the world where there are ethnic Indians. India refers to them as People of Indian Origin (PIO). On this
day, PIO’s all over the world are expected to refresh their remembrance of their ancestor land, promote India to the world and commit themselves to contribute to the progress of their Mother India.

With Indians continuing to mate and breed like pests, resulting in a runaway population growth, India has no choice but to seek territorial expansion. Already, Sikkim, and more recently Kashmir, has fallen victims to Indian expansionism. Its

The tiniest among them, Singapore, would be easiest target.
India, rather than China, is the existential threat that Singapore faces. The Indian invasion of Singapore has been ongoing, albeit peacefully. Singapore is being flooded with Indians entering it through legal means, with the assistance of
Indian lawyers. Right now it’s a peaceful invasion. Later on it will be full military invasion and colonisation.
