British PM Keir Starmer is telling Israel to get its act together over its mistreatment of Palestinians, or else -- and that “or else” is that he
will join Macron of France in recognizing a Palestinian state in
    September.

The right of people to self-determination is not some kind of bargaining
chip, some kind of “reward” (whether for good behaviour or anything else). All too often in politics, it seems, the right things are done for the
    wrong reasons.

But hey, I suppose that’s better than not seeing them done at all ...

I think it’s fair to say, most Jews -- certainly most of those outside
Israel -- are not Zionists. A lot of them explicitly reject any claim that Israel tries to make that it speaks for them.

You see Jews participating in those demonstrations, too. And you would
expect that ultra-orthodox lot to be among the most rabidly Zionist,
but a lot of them are not.

It's the classic jew dilemma: to be progressive and oppose the
genocidal 'Israeeli' regime or to support the shitty little country
    regardless.

The jews cares only for the jew, which is why a final solution to the
jewish question is needed. Any suggestions?
