I have a friend who lives in Sweden and she tells me it's totally unsafe for a lady to
walk alone even during the day.

Did recently come across some photos from Iran - the
latter 60s and early 70s - posted the link. Most of
the women were wearing hip Euro fashions - sometimes
even kinda of sexy. Women mixed with men freely, esp
in university settings. So, Moslem CAN be more or
less OK for women, so long as you keep the theofascists
in check.

They didn't keep the theofascists in check ... and
neither is Sweden today.
