Perhaps you should check what “Rabbi” means in Aramaic, the language
that Jesus and his disciples spoke.
Of course he was a Jew, he was born a Jew and it doesn't rub off.
He was murdered by Jews for apostasy, teaching non-Jewish doctrine, specifically for saying that God was nice, which contradicts Jewish
teaching.
