    So this sounds like China has been behind this attack as much as Russia. Russia is the executor of the attack but China has been actively involved in planning it..

    In fact I would not be surprised if Putin and his close circle have been used as a tool by the Chinese leadership to conduct this test on their behalf.. The Chinese leadership is undoubtedly smarter than the Russian leadership..
