    A Mexican man is suing an unidentified U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer in New York after he says he was shot in the
    face and sustained a multitude of injuries -- including a bullet that
    remains lodged in his neck -- as a result.

    Next time make sure he dies...
