Dear Rabbi, I would like to ask something different: how is it possible
that the Rabbis have promoted the idea that _the Jubilee on land is only
valid when all the 12 tribes are in the land,_ when I read the Tanach and
it simply says, and seemingly for an obvious good reason: _the Jubilee is declared to all the inhabitants of the land._ These two things are not
the same, at all. It does not matter if the Jubilee supposedly stopped
after 2 tribes left, and then to assume that this was the correct thing
to do. It is not permitted to sell land in perpetuity, this is in the
Torah also. Land needs to remain in the ownership of the families and
citizens, the masses, each by their right, as it was initially set
up. Once you do not keep the Jubilee, and you fail it even once, that
means land remains in the ownership of someone beyond its sold value
up to the next Jubilee, and it becomes a permanent possession for up to
100 years. After two missed Jubilees it becomes 150 to 100 years, which
is roughly a complete lifetime of a human being. Since we are humans,
this constitutes "perpetuity" in a practical and economic sense, and it
is a serious and Nation destroying crime, because all power centralizes
into the hands of the few.

Rambam / Maimonides has written this fraudulent law in his book. He also
made up the fraudulent Heter Iska. Hillel the Elder, another fraudulent
"sage" (destroyer of Israel) has made up the prozbul, which is such an
absurd trick that it does not even need to be explained as to why it is
a fraud.

Therefore I have concluded: Israel does not want the Torah. Israel does
not want the Redemption. The Rabbis do not want the Redemption, but are
playing a _shell game_ where they keep their people forever chasing a non-existing Redemption, not because it is not coming (it surely is
coming!), but because they themselves are ruining the observance of
the Torah and keeping the exile going, delaying the Redemption every
day by another day. The Rabbis refuse to do Teshuvah, and they are
dragging down Israel into the next round of punishment, because Israel
looks to the Rabbis for guidance. This is also something which will
likely fall. Speaking of the fall of evil, perhaps it is too much to
say that Rabbis are evil, but they do distrot the Torah gravely and are perpetuating the exile all the time. They do not want to be corrected, presumably because of their roaring pride and boasting in their titles,
in the maintenance of their livelihood, and just going along with the
others who do the same (which reminds me ofd eth Nazis, which was one
big pile of people following after each other without thinking, and
perhaps that is why Israel was put to such horrors with such people,
to see the failure and the severety of this failure first hand).

Rabbis also messed up the SHabbos with their fakery about 3 stars. Where
is it said in the Torah (Tanach) that the day ends when you see 3 stars
? People in Israel are reportedly hard at work in the evening following
the Sun lit and evening parts of the 7th day, but that is breaking the
Shabbos because a day is a day, from night sleep to night sleep.

I guess I have reached this point now, since 2008 I already asked Rabbis
to stop with the prozbul lies (to no avail of course): just step away
from the power which you have abused. Stop deceiving the people with
the lies of Rambam and other Sages, who ruined the Torah and created the
exile. Step away and do Teshuvah for these grave crimes. To not commit
to the Jubilee, to lie to the people that the jubilee does not have to
be followed, is devastating to the land and the people, the economy,
to everything. Land is extremely important, for everything. You are
supposed to be the Lamp to the Nations, but you are not doing it. The
gentiles don't understand a word you tell them, they do not hear,
and if they hear they do not understand, and if they understand they
do not act, and if they act it is too little to late, and if it is on
time there are too few of them who care and they get washed out by the
great ignorance. You where supposed to solve this problem, by living
the example, but now I see these lies:

Jubilee is not active ? Because of some bizarre misreading - clearly on
purpose - of the Tanach ?! The 7th year debt nullification is also not
active, because of some absurd trick with attaching a loan to a court
and pretending that isn't a crime ?! Rambam himself is guilty over
creating the _heter iska_ which allows profit on loans, and after a
whole hoola hoop dance which means nothing, a Jew can extract interest
on a loan to another Jew - just don't call it that, hush hush, winky
winky. Yes I can see, what side the super rich criminals within the Jewish Nation (the Aamelekese among you, not you but real gangsters) where the
most cunning one among them will put their money, their support, right
? That is probably how you fell for it. Slowly but surely, the criminals constantly funded the law breakers, the liars. The worst elements got
honored with grants, gifts, beautiful Yeshivas, paid for life to be
scholars, so long as they would pass the laws which protected the loot of
the criminals. All Nations tend to corrupt over time, decay and become decadent, and this even seems to happen with Israel (Chas veShalom),
albeit it seems extraordinarily slowly - in which we can see, I guess,
that the Jewish people are indeed special, are helped by heaven to be
what they need to be, are cut out for this job. However, you are not
doing the job.

Stop beating around the bush, stop with the phony sages, stop pretending
you don't see the lies of some of these phony sages such as Rambam with
his fake laws and this horrible and degrading _lie_ that the Jubilee is
not relevant until some completely off the cuff "reason" has been met
(so that the cronies of power can hang on to the land which belongs to
someone else). Remember that everything is known in heaven, crystal
clear, and there is no hiding. All these lies which have caused the
exile, you can never make the lies not be lies, it is completely known
and seen. You can _never_ win that argument, because a lie is a lie, and
if you understood more about economics and what it likely is all about,
you would only be _more_ horrified (if you care about the Torah). It does
not work to say: but I believe that to be good, Rambam to be good, and therefore when I follow Rambam whom I believe to be good, I am good. You
can perhaps make a claim to ignorance, but that is about it. You can not
turn these lies into the truth. Save yourself the trouble, do Teshuvah,
and start the Redemption.

The alternative: wait until the next round of punishment has happened,
how many will survive is unknown but I speculate it might be as few as 5%
to even less than 1% ("7 times worse" !), and then you will have to do
all this anyway, but through a storm of crying and misery and loss. You
could do all this now, and have your Cappuchino in the morning with
a nice baguette (well, if you are in France I guess), and it really
doesn't have to be a big deal. Don't make it a big deal. Do Teshuvah NOW.

Yes _you Rabbis_ YOU are the ones who need to do Teshuvah, more than
your people who follow you ! Don't want to listen ? Have it your way,
just don't blame me afterwards that I didn't do my best for you. Use your
head ! God gave you one. It is not hard to figure out. Look at the courage which Moshe Rabbeinu showed when in Egypt when he killed those guards -
who has that kind of courage ? Returning to the Torah doesn't even take
a thousandths of that kind of courage. God willing, your own people will
pat you on the shoulder and say: well done, finally, now we understand
things and we see a way ahead, a future - you are our hero, lead on !

(You seem to be a nice person, and I also hope Hamaz will be destroyed, together with all the organized gangsters and criminals in the world, especially the top guys who rule the world with their lies - they are
horrible beyond believe. I imagined a Great Hunt for all of them, after
the Redemption, a world wide hunt for that scum ! Don't kill them on
sight. Detain them because we want them all, all the names. They will
rat each other out over time. I see it like a weed with many roots. If
we pull on it slowly, we may get more out. There is more than enough
space in prisons which can be build, it is not a big drag on modern
society. Hopefully, heaven will kill them all if we cannot. Have a great
day. Sorry to be upset, but it is very upsetting ot see these lies about
the Torah, andh yes they are LIES, not accidents, it is so dumb it is
no longer excusable as an honest mistake. It is a war against the Torah
by the criminals, and then there are mindless people who copy over the
lies. Stop with the lies and redeem the people with the truth. Jubilee
on land now ? Yes of course, now !.)

How to do the Jubilee. You can of course do it how ever you want, but in
my proposed program there is also the problem of distributing the land
to all while starting from modern society.

What you can do is say to the ones who currently are using the land, to
search for people to want to own the amount which you are using, and to
offer them a rental contract for it. Since they now have nothing, there
will likely be people who will accept low rent costs. Any amount is a
plus for them, the market does not yet exist. This can later again be
adjusted, at the initiative of the person coming to own the land. In my
system at least, the person *using* the land then has *again* the right
to first find someone to 'own' that land and make a rental contract with
them which is cheaper for him. This has to be done within a certain time
limit, otherwise he will have to accept to either vacate land to the
owner, or accept the new terms offered. This is a dynamic market. There
are also swap trade markets. There is a buffer of free land, to absorb
changes which people want to make.

What you should first do, is think hard and then hard again. Go to sleep
and think again, and repeat this until you are silly from it.

Then you search for a spot where you can easily conduct a single
instance of land distribution. Example: a spot of land of average size
and quality, or even an existing part of some farm where the people are
already using that land. You would then give that land to the person who
is already using it, in the amount to his estimated land right.

This effectively does almost nothing, however it establishes the
principle and it gives you courage. You now have your first entry on the
books, which means you can think about how to make up those books. Now
you are going to leave it at that for a while, and you are going to
think hard and think hard again. You go to sleep and think hard again,
until you are silly of thinking about it.

Then you take the next step. For example: you do exactly the same thing,
but now in a second place. What does this accomplish ? Nothing much, and
that is the point. It isn't yet about results, it is about getting used
to things. What is an owner in the context of land ? What is a user ?
Where do we keep the books, who manages them, who can see them ? You
have to solve these issues.

All beginnings are hard. Therefore you make it easy on yourself.

Once it becomes routine to convert a single land right amount to someone
who is already actually using it (accomplishing effectively nothing in
the real world, it is a paper change), you can start to think bigger.
You do two at a time. Then three, then four, and so on, until you are comfortable with how this is going. You should also leave enough time
for the whole process, because sooner or later the people themselves
will have mutations. Perhaps they want to retire from the farm, so what
does that mean ?

You need to solve all the little problems around these issues, when they
are still small and of virtually no practical impact on the Nation as a
whole. It is also not just you the administrators and politicians who
are doing it, the civil servants and so on, the Judges, the lawyers. It
is also the common people who need to see it, and think about things for themselves. This also takes time. You need to allow time and space to
make mistakes.

Once you are able to convert regions or the space in and around
villages, you can start doing it in earnest on a large scale. It is
probably smart to still do it region by region, and take more than
enough time. The remaining markets also need to adjust to what is
happening, and there will likely be the predictable victims who bought
land for high prices, which then becomes effectively worthless in a
'market in perpetuity' because that is no longer allowed. If you had
started up slow enough and sought as many different situations as you
could find so that you could be ready when things started happening on a
larger scale, then you may have a good idea about what to do with these
kinds of issues when they start happening in larger numbers.

What will then in practice happen, depends on how the people make their
choices with their land. At one extreme, almost nothing changes about
what companies and people do what on which land, except that land use
and rent practices will be completely different from what they where. On
the other extreme all the current businesses and people using land will
be overturned, everything will be completely different. The likely
result will be somewhere in the middle of these two, but it is
important to be ready for both and all other unforeseen circumstances.
