The Jubilee on land is the system of land distribution of ancient Israel,
so commanded in the Torah.

Basically (as far as author of this article understand it) ... The
land is distributed in equal value plots, marked by stones. If someone
becomes poor, they may rent that land out to someone else for the price
of the expected harvests on it. The rent is ended in the next 50th year,
which is a nation wide count of years. All the land which was rented out,
will then return to the owners. It was also possible for family to buy
back land for someone, in which case they would pay back the rent of the
still expected harvests until the next 50th year. If the land had been
improved by the person renting the land, the value of these improvements
would also have to be paid for.

This is one possible implementation of the right to land for all,
preventing land ownership to centralize. It becomes more important to have
a formal system when society starts to depend more on agriculture, and
the natural as well as moral right to work live and hunt on the land is
being threatened. Just like a farm, agriculture, is an operation requiring
some planning, so does the wider society now require some planning.

According to the logic presented elsewhere (in the book Distribute Power),
it is not possible for an economy to remain functional for long (as in, centuries) without the right to land for all being honored. The power
will centralize, typically in the hands of the greedy and evil, and
they will eventually reduce the population to servitude, after which
the population will no longer be interested enough to defend their
Nation from outside violence, or they could be looking to overthrow
their ruling class themselves, leading to chaos and a likely end of
that Nation as a Sovereignty or even a culture. If the alternative is
the rule by criminals, a never ending Tyranny, dissolution and chaos
become preferable.

There is currently little hope for the Nation state and its economy,
which the Jewish people have build around Yerushalayim, because it (again) lacks the right to land for all. This is the same with all the Nations
in the world, except maybe a small and generally unknown tribe here or
there. They are also failing on this principle, and therefore there is
also no long term hope for their economy and Nations either. The whole
world is messed up.

2. Jubilee Is Not Currently Observed

For the Yovel to be commemorated, the entire Jewish nation needs to
be living on their land. Hence, ever since the tribes of Reuben,
Gad and half of Menashe were exiled—18 years before the other
northern tribes were exiled—the Jubilee was cancelled. This was
130 years before the destruction of the 1st Temple.2

From the time the tribes of Reuven and Gad and half the tribe of
Menasheh were exiled,26 [the observance] of the Jubilee year ceased,
as [implied by Leviticus 25:10]: "You shall proclaim freedom
throughout the land to all of its inhabitants." [One can infer
that this commandment applies only] when all of its inhabitants
are dwelling within it. [Moreover,] they may not be intermingled,
one tribe with another, but rather each tribe is dwelling in its
appropriate place.27

Shocking and outrageous. One can infer nothing like that at all from the statement in Leviticus. It simply says: proclaim it to all who live in
the land, that it is a Jubilee year. It does not say that such and so
people have to be in the land, and that if they are not in the land or
not in the right way in the land, then suddenly the Jubilee does not
apply. This is open rebellion against the Torah.

It makes no sense from an economic standpoint (which is the standpoint
of this subreddit). Land distribution and the right to land is not about
how many tribes are in a certain Sovereignty, or who is waving what crown around. Land distribution is essential for an economy to work correctly
and to be stable.

You need as many as two persons, two individuals, and that is when
you need to start distributing the land (natural resources) to all
as an inalienable right, forever. The Jubilee should never have been cancelled**.**

It is not hard to see why the Jubilee may never be cancelled, in the
system of the Torah. If you cancel the Jubilee, the land remains in the
hands of the few, while others are loosing their access to free land. This makes some people rich by just owning a lot of land, and others become
their slaves because they have nowhere to go. Rather than not doing
the Jubilee, if anything the Jubilee could have been done more often,
such as every 7 years. From a (secular) economic standpoint, this does
not sound like a bad idea (to undersigned).

From these underlying causes, we can see that this world today
(2024 Western count, 5784 modern Rabbinical count, or perhaps 6 004
altered Rabbinical count with stay in Egypt is 430 years) is entirely
unstable. From north to south pole, it is unstable, every single Nation
is unstable. Almost nowhere is there enough economic freedom to have a
well functioning market economy. The bottom is not there, the economy has
no foundation. It has nothing to return to, when it all goes wrong. It
has no place from where it grows up from nothing. A slavery plantation
is not the start of a Nation or economy worth living in.

The situation in a high technological society is not different. If
the people generally have no land, the benefit of the technology will
largely go to the ones who do own the "means of production" (land). Large amounts of the population are becoming superfluous when the technology is developed to do their work. They become unnecessary for the ruling class
to man their operations. If you have land, if the people in general own
their share of land for free, the technology will be used by them on
their land. There would be no such thing as unnecessary population.

Ignorance is a choice in a time where it is so easy to find information,
and the time exists to think about it.

I'm sorry for not knowing that Rambam / Maimonides was even more of a
traitor than I knew he was because of his heter iska fraud, although it
is quite likely he merely codified and adopted the lies of the previous generation. There is no excuse for these lies. In no way can you infer
that the Jubilee is not in effect. If the Jubilee is not in effect, then
what IS in effect ?! What defacto becomes the rule, is selling land in perpetuity, which is of course expressly (and quite rightly) forbidden.

If I have anything to do with it, I do not want to Redeem this mess that
calls itself Israel. This level of lying is not going to work in the
system as I propose it, and neither is it going to work with the Torah -
which you already largely ruined.

Go duke it out with whatever maniacs in the region you can find, such as
Hamas or Iran and all the other punishments heaven will send you for
this obviously fraudulent behavior, and for the cowardice of not
standing up to it, which is WORSE. Criminals do as criminals do, it is predictable. Greedy super rich people do as they do, it is predictable.
The whole point of the Torah is to overthrow that scum, scum which
promotes lies such as the prozbul, the heter iska, or these lies about
not keeping the Jubilee. Do you even use your minds one second ever in
your whole lives ?! I guess not ! Absolutely crystal clear that you
don't, because if you do and you allow this, you are only even more
guilty. Then you knew what you where doing, and you did it on purpose.

This mess cannot be redeemed, it should not be redeemed, because
redeeming it will merely cause them to feel vindicated and rewarded for
all this horrible treason which they are guilty over, and then it will
never stop.

There was a number somewhere, I think it may have been on dani18 com,
where they said it was not 6 but more like 9 Million Jewish people
killed in World War 3. That would be in the order of half. If that is
true (perhaps it counts everyone, rather than just the holocaust in a
narrow sense?), and you do that 7 times to account for a 7 times worse punishment this time, then less then 1% of the Jewish people will
survive the next round of punishment. I guess we can now see why that
has to be so, why heaven may have computed that there is no other way
forward with this mess, if humanity is ever going to find peace and a

Not that the other Nations are better, mindh you, they are usually much
much worse. That is not the point. This is not a race, although in some
ways it might also be that.

There is no hope. The treason is to horrific. The lies are too blatant
and too many. Are they just suddenly going to repent from all this
thousands of years of lying, just like that ? If so, what does it even
mean, how is it believable ? I don't see it anymore. Absolutely shocking
how they manage to pervert the Torah into nothingness, while claiming to
stand for it. How dare they do it ? How much money did you get for this ?

Never mind the other Nations, who are a worse mess and for whom there is basically no hope whatsoever. They don't even have a standard to which
to measure up their lies, they just have nothing except once in a while
an eruption of anger leading to some temporary improvements. "Erst kommt
das fressen, und dann die Morale."

However, now that Israel is apparently down for the count, given up,
burried under a mountain of their own lies, the other Nations also are
blinded. There is no example.

Well in any case, it's just another set of lies for which Chabad and
Israel in general need to repent. Are they any closer to it yet ? From
reading that subreddit, their main focus is the feelings of male "Jews"
who want to marry other males, claiming they want to be 'observant' (not possible under the Rabbis), and then saying they want children too !
Besides this a lot of (understandable) complaints about anti-semitism
(which is indeed horrible), but oy oy oy what are these Jewish people completely brainwashed by the gentile culture they are in. Where is the
Torah ?! Even dressing as a woman for a man is forbidden, and laying
with a man as with a woman is a death penalty. How is this not clear ?

Rather then correcting the evils of no Jubilee on land and the lies of
Rambam, the lies of overthrowing the financial Torah (prozbul, heter
iska), and faking observance to the Shabbos by pretending it is the next
day when it is dark ... and this all on the brink of World War 3 and
literally the brink of what should be the final Redemption ... they
focus on the feelings of homosexuals. The Jewsih people in America, oy
oy oy. How are they going to survive being punished for all this ? How
are they going to repent ? I don't see it.

In any case, when the next round of punishment, probably 7 times worse,
has been had and the people are crying like never before, maybe then
there are a few among them who find it in them to step over all the old
lies, and return to the truth.

If grown up people have believed in lies such as the prozbul and this
mess which Rambam is writing down - grown up people, adults ! - not to
mention the other points, if they stood their without flinching when
these lies where cast over them, then I do not see a possibility of a Redemption for this mess.

Keep in mind something very scary: after World War 2 and the holocaust,
Israel still refused to repent back to the torah. Chabad is not a
repentance back to the Torah, they kept all the lies mentioned above on
the books. They basically went from completely not caring anymore, to go
back to levels of tradition, levels of tradition which where already
poisoned, and which poison they now carry forward as if they don't
notice it. Maybe they don't notice it, maybe their mind are truly
completly clogged up and frozen because how else can you explain these
absurd interpretations of the Torah. The point is: world war 2 and the holocaust was not enough to jolt Israel back to the Torah, and past
these absurd and laughable frauds mentioned above. If the holocaust was
not enough, then what *is enough* ? See the danger ? Hence it becomes 7
times worse. Who is going to survive that ? Perhaps no more than 1%,
perhaps fewer then 1% even. Somewhere between 95%-99% might end up
dying. That's a lot of people. It will be a shock so great, the
survivors will likely say something like: all is lost, there is almost
nobody left.

The scary part is, that this might still not be enough. There might
still be Rabbis preaching the same lies all over again, and being so
beaten down, the people might again listen to it. If that happens and
there is yet another round of punishment necessary, then my guess is
that Israel will eventually be exterminated entirely, and only a hand
full of people will live to slowly restart that Nation. Then you
literally are down to the Patriarchs themselves, to Moshe Rabbeinu, King
David, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Jezechkeel and the others, literally the souls mentioned in the Torah themselves, the few who could be trusted, the few
who are always loyal and true ond who never ever will give up.

You want that to happen, Israel ? Keep going the way you are !
Keep ignoring what I write here, find yourself an excuse "you're
offended that your Sage fools got offended" or whatever you want, find
your excuse to break the law and join the rebels against the truth, go
dare your God and see who will last longer: your hard and rebellious
neck, the mindlessness of your mind, or the truth, the great wisdom that
was poured into your Torah, for all your benefits - and you ignore it as
if it is a rag newspaper. It's there to save you ! Save you from
yourself, from your own ignorance.
