• Reason why the Redemption could not come until this time

From Jos Boersema@21:1/5 to All on Tue Nov 14 11:15:41 2023
One possible reason that the Jewish final Redemption could not happen
yet, is that the pain & suffering needed to *force* the Jewish people to
either accept the Torah and Redeem themselves (with the help of heaven)
was so computed to be so great, that this caused it to be delayed in the
hope that the Jewish people would use the remaining time to do Teshuvah somehow. A related reason can be that while time moves forward and the
Jewish people gain more life experiences and gather more good deeds for themselves, perhaps the total pain necessary in a time when delay was no
longer possible would be less, and perhaps more Jews would be able to
    make it.

This is a scary argument, because it would say that the pain and
suffering needed to get the Jewish people to return to the truth, will objectively be extreme, and relatively worse if not much worse than the
Nazi holocaust, and all the other pogroms and destructions of the Jewish
people before during this exile, because all those destructions did not
lead to Israel returning to enough Torah to Redeem themselves. There
is only a bit of hope in it, in that all those periods of hell on Earth
may have taken away an amount of suffering from this period before the
final Redemption. The psychological effect would be fairly obvious:
by the shock of the Nazi holocaust for example, the Jewish people lost
    an amount of decadence.

It was no doubt written in the souls of many of them, that decadence and
a seeming love for the Jew in the idolatrous Nations is not a guarantee of anything. That there is no future in that direction. Germany was decadent
after the first world war in many ways - the "roaring twenties", it also
seems to have happened there, and the Jewish people where assimilating according to some sources. There are probably many Jewish people now
in the world, who are a lot more sceptical about modern decadence and idolatrous lies and all that, thanks still to the Nazi holocaust and the
pain it has caused them and their family. Therefore these people may
not need to suffer as badly in the probably coming time of suffering,
to make it back to the Torah to the degree necessary. They are already
    a ways there.

The postponement of the final Redemption is then for reason that it is
unwanted that Israel suffer that much - until there are no other options anymore. Are there no other options anymore at this point in time ? I
think: potentially not, due to the unprecedented rise in technology.
It is of course risky to say "it has to be now or close to this time"
because that happened so many times before already. Every time seems to
have found reasons to say that theirs had to be it. It is also
noteworthy that every moment in the present is as it where on the edge
of what has been and *everything* that is possible from that point on, including total human extinction (in theory at least). You don't know if
you live the last day of your life, or if humanity is extinct tomorrow.
If some massive Empire starts assaulting your lands and you are all
probably going to die, it seems to be the end. When the suffering in
Europe was so bad that people gone mad went flogging themselves over the
lands (same crazy people still do that), it seems to be that the world
is such a nightmare that it cannot go on. The world many times seems to
be teetering on the edge of evaporating like a nightmare, because of the suffering going on. It makes sense to then think: this has to be the low
point, it is either Redemption now or the world will literally no longer
    exist.

It is very possible that this time it ultimately will proof to be the
same, and that future generations will say "oh my, they again thought it
was the end, and here we are now, nothing happened yet". That being said though, it does seem to be objectively the case that the whole world
became radically different from what it was 100 to 300 years ago. This
concerns both technology used for the betterment of humanity, mostly for
ease and comfort, but also technology used for destruction and Tyranny.

The question I would like to ask is: what happens when the usual war and tyranny starts happening in the world, in the main Empires, as it has
always eventually happened. Rome fell into Tyranny, and so will modern
Rome, the USA global Empire. USA will become a Tyranny, Europe will
become a Tyranny, India, China, they eventually will all become
Tyrannical, if they aren't already. The USA is already a Tyranny, by the
way (they ratified tortured and what they have done against Julian
Assange qualifies them as being a Tyranny in my opinion; they also
reportedly murdered many of their own journalists and honorable people
who told the truth, which you obviously don't hear about in the news,
and that is why they where murdered - before they could get up and reach
the People in a bigger way). War breeds Tyranny, and there is obviously
a big war coming in the world, thanks to the mishandeling of the debt
crisis in 2008 (and earlier). China is already a Tyranny also. Many
places have elements of Tyranny going on.

What is modern technology going to mean for the usual Tyrannies, which
are just a matter of time before they happen. Humans just don't really
care to keep their Nations good and stable. They live for the decay, for
the decadence: luxury and ease. Very few care. They start caring when it
is too late and they are already in the trap, and usually they blame the
wrong reasons, carefully fed to them by their Tyrants. By the time they
realize they are slaves, everyone who dared speak up is already
executed, and the remainder knows they are facing a long night of
repression without much hope of a common overthrow of the enemy, because
of the cowardice of the masses, their lack of intelligence and
direction, and indeed the vices, greed and anti-social behavior of the
    masses themselves.

I fear that it will look fundamentally different from Tyrannical regimes
that came before it, and that it will become exceptionally difficult to overthrow. On the other hand you could argue that all this technology
also makes it so much easier to overthrow the enemy, because it can be
used to communicate quickly all over the world, real evidence can be
shown in moving pictures and so on (although the ability to manipulate
evidence is catching up quickly). I notice that the Chinese are still
not managing a Rebellion against their Tyrannical regime, not even
during or after "Corona" repression. The Chinese State seems to
succesfully use modern technology as part of their repression, whereas
at least for now any sort of Chinese rebellion or uprising does not seem
to be able to use the power of technology to the point of success. While
this also has other causes, including the usual bickering between
members in any sort of resistance, it could be a worrying sign.

How many Government critics possess a nuclear bomb ? I'm not arguing
that anyone should even want one, so don't worry haha. Some resistance
groups may want to have bigger weapons however, but do they ? It is
usually the State who has all the gear. If the State becomes a Tyranny,
a popular uprising begins with whatever people have in their homes. This includes a mobile phone and computer which is spying on them, a broom
stick or vacuum cleaner and a bunch of pots and pans, clothes and other gadgets. A saw and a hammer, some nails. I don't know how you defeat a
highly trained fully equiped modern army with such a starting point.

Even in the days of Rome or the Middle Ages, the superior training
and weapons where enough to kill off enormous armies of farmers coming
against trained troops. The farmers may have farming tools in their
hands, or make shift swords and spears. The Army against them had the
same but of better quality, and they beat these farmers no problem,
against massive odds. A trained and well disciplined army is very
powerful against untrained people, and that was at a time when their
weapons may have been comparable. It took a lot even then to win a
Rebellion and overthrow the Tyrants, even though you could probably
    manufacture comparable weapons.

While it is true that you can have a Rebellion with a lot of the Army
being on your side, and that may be the way to win - to split the State
to better the odds - things seem more risky. Back in the day, there was
no bomb which could completely annihilate a city. You would have to
siege it, and this implied that your troops needed to stay on the job
and believe in it. That is also a level of popular influence. Nowadays
some wicked General can call on a crew of a few dozen people on the
other side of the world, and maybe no more than 20 people in agreement
can utterly destroy a million person city, just in one afternoon, almost
doing no more than their routine army activities. If you liberated a
large area from a Tyranny, the enemy can just shrug their shoulders and
nuke the whole place out of existance when the winds are right for them.
They can nuke hundreds of square miles, no problem. This was not
possible back in the day, at all.

Let's say there is a Chinese uprising, and they liberated a quarter of
the enormous Empire of China, while on the retreat the Chinese Tyrants
made sure their enemy did not get too much into their hands in terms of weapons. China could then nuke them, and that could be the end of it.
Nukes are already old technology if you think about it. There was more
time between now and the last use of nuclear bombs, then there was when
these bombs where starting to be developed and then used, right ? Do
they have something else by now ? Probably.

Then we have the madness of surveilance. Back in the day, the Empire
relied on spies, physical spies talking to people. They had to gauge the
mood in the street by going there, and that was it. Today the knowledge
side of war and Tyranny has "exploded" just like the bombs have. While
it is true that these things can also be used against the Tyrannical
enemy, we would have to see how that goes. Certainly in the beginning, a Tyrannical State will probably have the upper hand.

While all this was about a simple conflict between people who have made
up their minds, in the reality of a modern Rebellion against a
Tyrannical State, things will probably be quite confusing, and the
Tyrannical State likely has so much ability to know how strong the
Rebellion is, that they can easily damped a Rebellion by making the
conditions of the people easier for a while. They can literally hand out
some meat, and many people will probably stop rebelling. The Tyrants can
use that method to make sure a rebellion will always stay under control.
This is a natural power balance anyway. This will probably happen for
    certain.

... or will it ? Because what about robotic warfare and robotic
production ? You don't need approval from your robots, and if warfare
and repression becomes mostly automated, you need far fewer people to
operate and repair those machines. Their power might also be quite
intense, and will likely worsen all the time because technology grows so rapidly. Here again, the robots (all kinds of automated weapons) could
probably be build by a resistance also, or captured and turned on the
Tyrants, but how effective will that end up being ? What will this
Rebellion do anyway ? A rebellion can after victory also devolve into
becoming just another Tyranny, and this may be an explicit aim of the
Tyrants. The worst of them could just try to stay behind the screens,
and change team when they think it necessary, continue afterwards with
    the same.

Hence: I don't know what it will all mean, but it looks dangerous.
If it doesn't turn out as dangerous, then maybe Israel doesn't even need
to be forced into Redemption. If it turns out to be very extreme what is
going to happen with the next round of serious war and Tyranny around
the world, then maybe it would be less suffering for Israel if they
where finally going to suffer "whatever is needed to get them back to
the Torah", and then to set the world on a path to peace.

It isn't only about Tyranny either, it is also about depopulation. With
all the machines, the Oligarchy doesn't need this many slaves, and even
without they don't need this many slaves. The slaves also live in often
harmful ways to the planet, leaving less room for the Oligarchy to live
their destructive lifestyle. The weapons exist to kill enormous amounts
of people with relatively little effort or risk. Imagine the suffering
this will create, and then the hypocritical exploitation of these
events, as the Tyrants pretend someone else did it and they come to
bring peace and justice for all - and the people accepting that. You are
facing depopulation, and afterwards the criminals get seen as heroes
(the image of Bush the lesser come to mind, exploiting their bombing in
New York City 2001 on "9/11").

There are many uncertainties, but the risks seem to be increasing, both
to the good side and the bad side. That makes sense on principle,
because technology is a double edged sword. You can use the sword as a
knife to cut people some meat to eat, or you can use it to cut them. The potential to the good is great, and the potential to the bad is equally
great. If then the bad comes around, the suffering could end up being
radical and reach levels not seen yet on Earth.

I guess you could be computational about it: once that level of pain,
also against the Jewish people (how about the holy land is nuked from
top to bottom, which was never possible in earlier centuries), is larger
than what is needed for Israel to be so pressured they see only one hope
and that is HKB"H and his Torah, then it makes sense to force them into
it. Then that is the path of least pain overall. Is that time now ?
While strictly speaking I don't know, it seems like a good possibility.

How much pain is necessary to force Israel to do the Torah ? I guess
Sjemot is a model. This involved centuries of living in Egypt,
eventually quite repressed, and then running through the desert, also
facing a series of wars. Then there was the event at Sinai, when they
where greatly in fear, and said they would die if it went on. I guess if
we go by this model, then the trouble Israel needs to adopt the Torah
(again) is something like: slavery and repression, wars and death and
the feeling they are all on the brink of death. When that happens, they
have chosen the Torah. Hopefully this time they will do so quicker, but
so far the Nazi holocaust did not do the complete job for them, and
therefore I guess: it will probably be worse than the Nazi holocaust,
and comparable to the repression in Egypt and the escape from there,
including the wars and mount Sinai. In simple terms: severe repression
    and mass murder.

Sorry, but this is how it seems to be. You could get serious right now
and stop being strange, do the Torah and redeem your land, but you
don't. Rigth now someone might read this and think "what a load of
random chatter" and "like hell I'm going to be against the prosbul and
cause social trouble for myself" or "we don't need no land personally,
why don't you find yourself another hobby and leave us alone", and this
exact attitude would then have to be broken. It is sad, because all it
is is a silly psychological block and attitude. Is it that hard to
distribute the land to all, and stop lying about the prosbul ? If Israel
could do this thousands of years ago, we can't do it now ? Of course we
can, it is easy. Still, they don't do it, like a child who doesn't want
to put their shoes on, even though once they are on the child will run
around happy on them and doesn't want to take them off. It is that
silly. For this sillyness, it seems many of you will die. You will
basically die over nothing, for no reason, except a senseless obstinacy
with which you are only hurting yourself.

Over such a small straw you would stumble, and suffer massively. It
seems absurd to me, but if this is the way you want to go: above are
argued the risks you face, and some logic which might be applicable to
the current timeframe. Maybe not, maybe yes, I also am not certain, but
the risks seem severe. If it is true, you risk the worst. The solution
simple and somewhat easy - not super easy but doable - and the trouble
you get in is potentially absolutely devastating and historic. I suggest
you weigh your options and choose wisely. You probably will not since
you never did until this point, and so then you will have it "your way",
and this second holocaust will come sooner or later, 7 times worse than
the Nazi holocaust, if we go by the Torah punishment section.

I write like a madman right now, while it is still possible. Soon you
might be crying about the dead and dying, and maybe you even suffered an
EMP in Israel (as one source seems to suggest will happen). I warned you
aheda of time, long ahead of time, showed ou what you could and should
do, but you didn't want to listen to reason or your own Torah. You maybe thought, oh another troll on Usenet, who cares. Oh it isn't serious. You
will find out too late perhaps, that it is and always was: deadly
serious. This is not jokes that I write here, I don't do it for jokes.
I fear rather than we all have a good laugh soon, and do some good
things for ourselves and the world, even all these warnings will end up
seeming to be too little for how bad it will be. Even the Nazi
holocaust, who can describe such a horror ? It's just words, it cannot
capture that kind of catastrophe. I don't wish it on you at all. Do what
is right, maybe it can all be averted. Use your head. Be serious for a
change. (Yes, you are not serious up to this point, that is what I am
    saying.)
