    so you may need to use a bridge. The bridges bundled directly
    into Tor Browser are also blocked. Therefore you will need to
    get a working bridge by one of the following methods:

    -Send a message to the Tor Telegram bot @GetBridgesBot (type /bridges)

    -Request a bridge from within Tor Browser (
    this is called the "moat" method)

    -Send an email to [email protected] (leave the email subject empty
    and write get transport obfs4 in the email message body; you must send
    the email using an address from Riseup or Gmail; bridges distributed
    by email are less likely to be blocked)

    I today tried to set my Exit Node to Russia, it worked fine, so at
    least the traffic going out of TOR Exit Nodes and to them isn't being
    blocked.
