Tonight I am hoping that my main stack healing circle prescriptions
working will come on.
It will involve primary positive charisma modulation of medium
to extreme good individuals, similar to the transfiguration of
Jesus or the “radiant brow” of Taliesin.
It will also involve primary negative charisma modulation of
medium to extreme criminal individuals.
It will also involve secondary positive charisma modulation
for the messages of minor criminal to extreme good.
It will also involve secondary negative charisma modulation
for the messages of minor good to extreme criminal,
including if the messages are positive but the one
delivering the messages is lying.
These should be in place within the next few hours
The result is that perceptions of Trump and Harris may
be altered, affecting the results of Tuesday’s vote.

The charisma modulation may have come on tonight,
too late to affect the US election. If not, I will
try again tomorrow night at first quarter moon.
The primary charisma modulation for in person or
static pictures will reflect the individual’s current
state whereas for video or audio it reflects the
state when it was recorded.
However it seems that a criminal will not have primary
negative charisma modulation if they are following
their healing circle prescription, and a medium to
extreme good individual will not have primary
positive charisma modulation if they are committing
crime. Currently it seems that the P- for Putin
is coming on and off.
There should also be warning signs for medium
to extreme criminal who are not following their
healing circle (or sentencing circle, and both
those terms are commonly used in indigenous
justice) prescriptions.
Also who determines the goodness and criminality
levels? Goddess, who I define as the ruler of
the region all/everything and who many call God.
But once upon a time I attempted a constraining
of a nebulous “the definition of goodness” to my
essential messages, UN law (and there is no conflict
between International Court of Justice law and International
Criminal Court law), Canadian law, Newfoundland and
Labrador law, St. John’s bylaws, and
Harbour Main/Chapel’s Cove/Lakeview bylaws,
in that priority, and more recently I converted
that constraining into suggestions for Goddess, but
I don’t know if that affected Her definition of goodness.
And who determines the healing circle prescriptions?
Goddess is the chair/moderator and partly sets the
hcps but they are also influenced by many other
collaborators (moderated by Goddess), soon including
those who are covered, our deities other than
Goddess, the many popthrough ootws (who I previously
called avatar types) and their associated min-ootws
(multiple influencers of the same species), and
deceased founders of religions founded in the last
10,000 years, so it is a true healing circle.
