Most police are idiots.
Those who still work for Wokie cities must be ...
nobody's got their backs and everything is THEIR
fault ....
Otherwise, you actually see the usual population
distribution - from big oafs to lots of 'normals'
to a few who are really bright. That's the reality,
so I'm not sure what YOUR 'sources' may be. Mostly
when cops seem intransigent and won't listen to
45 minutes of nuanced narratives from some crackhead
it's their way of doing their JOB with minimal
bullshit. They are there to 'keep the peace'. The
nuances, let Judge Judy figure it out.
Dog bites are not going to chomp off your entire hand or crush it to
pieces, It might sting, but your clothing will catch the bite even if
it does attack you, which is rare. Even a wild dog is friendly.
Ummm ... have you SEEN the size of many Bullies these
days ??? They WILL take your hand off. The UK recently
just BANNED them - too much collateral damage.
Wild dogs are NOT 'friendly'.
ALL dog bites often inject some very nasty bacteria too,
and, sorry, few of the old antibiotics work anymore.
The problem is that police do not own dogs, or have experience with
them enough. Not dog owners themselves.
I've known number of cops who own dogs. Where DO you
get your "information" - MSNBC ???
My dog might have ran at people in the past, but in no way was
"vicious" it is the idea of a dog bite, or dog attacking
you. Again not every dog scenario calls for usage of a gun.
Half the time you could walk around them, or ignore them, I have had
big dogs jump on me, ( Great Danes ) and they are friendly.
Dog probably wanted to give him a hug.
The dog wanted to bite off his balls and the
humans were probably encouraging that.
Someone should revive the "Velo" line again ...
