3 stabbed in East Village, 1 victim critically injured: NYPD

Three people were rushed to the hospital after being stabbed
in the East Village on Sunday evening, police say.

Police say they received multiple 911 calls for various people
stabbed on East 14th Street and Avenue A. Three people were
discovered with stab wounds, police said.

At least one victim, who was stabbed in the neck, is listed
as critically injured, according to authorities. The other
two victims were both stabbed in the leg and are expected
to recover from their injuries. All three victims were rushed
to Bellvue Hospital.

The East Village had a rep for being hippie-dippy
long before there were any hippies. Ultra-lib
'artistic', crowd - totally weird.

Hmm ... in one of the MIB films an alien was told
to stay hidden, but could discretely emerge as
necessary - but only in the East Village since
nobody there would notice :-)

Alas, now even the hippie haven is increasingly
falling victim to Woke-ism. Murderous people
and thoroughly lethal loons now stalk its streets.
