    And whomever TOUCHES those programs will NEVER get elected,
    probably strung-up by mobs of old people.

    Ya know though, budgets for everything ELSE were increased
    incrementally over the years - how, and why, did SS/MC get
    left out of that ??? HAD to be deliberate.

    Hey, both programs are not 'entitlements' - you PAID IN,
    rather a lot, over the long years. So, IMHO, what you
    pay for you should GET. That's honest biz.

    Oh, if you think the USA has a problem here, look into
    the demographic disasters in South Korea and Japan.
    SK is down to well under half the "replacement rate" for
    births. There's no real "new generation" there, and no
    money/help for the older gens. May as well sell it to
    China while the price is good. They un-bred themselves
    out of existence.
