MexPloitation film, so extreme that it's comic. Someone
kinda ripped off Tarantinos style.

Oh, one interesting bit ... "Charlie Sheen" PROPERLY
billed as "Carlos Estevez" (and playing the POTUS :-)

The early 70s were good for low-budget "BlackSploitation"
films, but now the flag has been passed.
