As said, I agree.
But they're not gonna PROVE anything beyond a
reasonable doubt at this point short of a very
detailed confession. "DNA" isn't magic, it can
only tell you SOME things. It can also get you
investigated for crimes just because you were
nearby, brushed against the real perp, were in
the building hours before .......
