If somebody is about to knock your brains out
with a bat - SHOOT THEM !!! More than enough
justification there ! Deadly weapon is
deadly weapon ! Nutters are nutters.

Now there's PROBABLY more TO this than the
little story mentions. What did Reynolds do
that PROMPTED the ballbat attack ??? I really
doubt somebody just randomly decided to
exterminate a squeegee guy (though maybe a
few THINK about it ...)

In any case, the deadly action seems to have been
initiated by the ballbat guy. DROP charges !

If you're gonna get hyper-violent over a NON-
life-threatening event ... well ... maybe you
should get shot. YOU are the thug. "Justice"
is a matter of BALANCE - proper tit for tat.
This is why we have JUDGES - to hear, think
and JUDGE. The "AI"s ain't gonna be much good
at that. People are too weird.
