    USA has not repented concerning the use of nuclear weapons.
    Would FDR authorized another bomb after Hiroshima? It was not needed once Hitler defeated.
    The world lives under the threat of nuclear destructuin because Truman went beyond Hiroshima to create the current overpriced military industries of the US. How much has US borrowed unnecessarily to maintain such an overpriced military infrastructure?
    When will it pay back the debt?

    We see a potential provocation in the Black Sea which, like the Tonkin Gulf , exacerbated an existent conflict. Each side blames the other while ramping up hostility.
