OK ... this show is almost as confusing
as "Everything Everywhere All At Once" :-)

Multiple overlapping time-lines ... what is
happening, to whom and why, it's too hard to
keep track of. TNT runs this twice in a row on
Sunday nights and, even watching twice, it's
STILL too much work to grasp what's supposed
to be going on ... and I'm an old SciFi/tech
    show fan.

"High Concept" ? Yes. But, here, maybe TOO high.
It strikes me as something writ by AI's - which
have no clue about the concept/utility of
'continuity' to humans. This show is just
endless revisions of the Same Stuff from very
    slightly different perspectives. Sometimes
nukes go off, sometimes somebody or another
gets shot/stabbed, all leading to different
results. It's the same story with different
branching as per some multiverse models.

There was an old Star Trek Voyager episode about
someone obsessed with "restoring the past" -
endlessly tweaking 'timelines' to achieve a
desired result. Never quite worked, caused more
    damage than good.
