    on city streets .... 99+ percent chance this was
    a wacko 'white' guy on some 'mission' :-)

    The usual thugs wear street clothes, maybe a
    improvised mask, stick to 9mm pistols.

    Yea, the gangstas do MOST of the shootings, but
    not ALL.
