    Didn't think I'd ever see that movie again.

    It was kind of the "Red Dawn" of the latter '60s - where
    the 'hipster' kids take over the country and "Old-People
    Gulags" are set up to keep the horrible un-hip people
    safely way (and heavily dosed on LSD).

    Several good-old stars, including Shelly Winters as
    the unbearable "Mom From Hell", Hal Holbrook and a
    VERY young Ed Begley and Richard Pryor

    Oh yea, the election campaign - "14 Or Fight !" - the
    drastic lowering of the voting age to ensure the know-
    nothing/easily-persuaded youth could saturate the
    balloting, and all the pols live in terror of being
    branded un-hip and being protested. Sounds just a bit
    FAMILIAR eh ? :-)
