    Dear friends,

I spoke about the need for austerity already on August 17th 2022,
when it was the first time the credit rating plummeted from B- to SD
(Sovereign Default, meaning that the country cannot service debt and
    interest payment any longer.)

Below is the original article from 26 months ago.

The temporary fix of August 2022 did not solve the main problems:

    - Ukrainian industrial sector plummeted since 2014, as if ordered
by an enemy of the state

    - Ukrainian grain exports and depos suffered attacks from the motivated
    adversary

    - The Ukraine still has the luxury part and the bleeding part. While
some guys are bleeding on the front lines, the rest of us did not
all sanctify to pray for them, nor have we turned to the LORD

    - there is still luxurious living while the country is in default
on debts. Import of foreign goods should be limited to what is
necessary for war production and war industry and basic survival

    - if the West really wants Ukraine to win or at least keep a stale-mate
on its internationally recognised borders, why not write-off Ukrainian
debt of $120bn? Since Q3 of 2022, the gross external debt rose $50 billion,
from 121 to 164 billion USD.

    - why not reprogram Ukrainian gross external debt with that with lower
interest rate or zero interest rate, or a longer-term payment debt,
as it was done as a precedent with the Serbia government in WW1,
because it was an ally to UK and France?

What does the Holy Bible say about the usury and/or lending with high
interest to a brother, countrymen, stranger or sojourner with whom we
    live?

    Leviticus 25
35 And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then
    thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee. 36 Take thou no usury of him, or increase: but fear thy God;
that thy brother may live with thee. 37 Thou shalt not give him thy money
upon usury, nor lend him thy victuals for increase. 38 I am the LORD your
God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land
of Canaan, and to be your God.

As today a planet connected with Internet made us virtually all the netizens, it is immoral to exploit anyone with unfair trade, usury, unfair interest rates and the immoral trading practices based on deception rather than fairness or build of trust in the producer and salesmarket.

There is a proverb that bank lend money only to those people who do not need it.

In the case of Ukraine, it is verbatim true: now that Ukraine needs aid the most,
it is categorised as "Sovereign Default" (in other words: do not lend to them as they cannot repay).

But like in Spanish Civil War, Ukrainians are shedding their blood for the EU as well who are ready to sell them to pay cheaper gas. (Not that I have anything
about the idea that the working class is able to select and buy cheaper energy. But the former is happening, while the working class isn't living better.

God bless you all, and in this troubled times some expect we cannot live seven days without their dole, but I know from history that we survived much, much, much longer and through thick and thin.

May the mercy and grace of One God of Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, and Jacob abide with you forever and ever, Amen.

in the name of the LORD God Creator of the Universe, Maker of Heaven and Earth,
Maker of Adam and Eve, Almighty, Merciful, Longsuffering,
in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth and
in Holy Spirit of God holy name
    Amen
    Amen

Partial restoration of the Ukrainian grain exports was good news,
both for the Ukrainian budget and for those who depend on the Ukrainian
    grain for staple food.

But this is far from over and enough.

Ukraine is currently in the state of SD (sovereign default credit rating), which means it can no longer service its international and internal debt.
This is a bad piece of news, and the international humanitarian and military aid is mildly futile in the long run if the Ukrainian economy will no longer
be able to borrow money and only finance from printed grivnjas without
    cover (which will skyrocket inflation).

Thereof it is recommended that the Ukrainian debt may be reprogrammed
and refinanced in a way that would enable Ukraine to recover and survive.

Without this step, no HIRMAS weapon or equivalent will help Ukraine
survive a war in which Russia has the advantage of still exporting
gas and oil to Europe and the majority of the countries in the world.

in the name of the Lord
    Amen

Dear friends. In any war or conflict, we might be oversensitive to constructive criticism.

I feel obliged to clarify my position: my support for the Ukrainian nation, Ukrainian independence, Ukrainian territorial integrity, and the Ukrainian Orthodox Christian church are steadfast and unwavering.

However, there is a but. In none of the principles and sacraments above, but
in warning you about the serious dangers of debt slavery.
I would support the Ukrainian government's efforts in saving and austerity,
as the opposite is printing money without value in golden reserves, foreign currency reserves or strength of the economy, which would produce further inflation and eventually further devalvation.

    in the Lord
    Amen
