    From this day declaration, abortion shall be considered a murder
    of an unborn child and equalised with infanticide and willful premeditated murder of an already born child.

    In most of jurisdictions, this is considered a murder in the first degree,
    and all involved parties and accomplices punishable by the law, up to
    the life in prison.

    If this is not sufficient, and the ones taking part in the infanticide of the unborn child
    escape justice, abortion for any case shall be considered a willful mortal sin of murder.

    This applies from the moment of the conception to the natural death, as it is written:

    Genesis 9:6-7
    6 Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed:
    for in the image of God made he man.
    7 And you, be ye fruitful, and multiply;
    bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein.

    In aspect of this and the statement of the Holy Spirit through the anointed disciples of
    the apostles and the church, it is evident that both murder of the already born and equally
    unborn children and men are a deadly, mortal sin, and none committing such may hope
    of Heaven or Paradise.
