It's down. It reportedly reentered over the South Pacific without much fanfare. This is from Laurent Thomet @LThometAFP Tweeting a timesofisrael.com article.

Yes. The Pacific Ocean is a big largely empty place. I'm not even sure
if the reentry was observed and recorded!
